Every print is custom-made to order just for you through our professional printing partners in the United States.
- Production Time: Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for the lab to create your fine art print.
- Shipping Time: After production, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days for delivery.
- Total Expected Arrival: You can typically expect your new wall art to arrive within 4-9 business days from your order date. We'll send you tracking information as soon as it's heading your way so you can follow its journey.
Where Your Order Ships From
We partner with professional printing labs throughout the United States to ensure you receive museum-quality prints with optimal delivery times. Your order will ship from the facility best positioned to serve your location, ensuring fast delivery and the highest quality standards.
All printing partners use museum-grade archival materials and are held to our strict quality control standards. Your tracking information will show the specific shipping origin once your custom print is produced and ships.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over $100: To keep things simple, shipping is complimentary for all orders over $100 within the United States.
- Orders under $100: For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Coverage
The Wild in Focus, LLC currently ships within the United States only. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping through our online store. However, if you are located outside the United States and are interested in purchasing our artwork, please contact us at support@thewildinfocus.com to discuss custom shipping arrangements. We'll be happy to work with you to find a solution, though additional shipping costs and delivery times will apply.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed and sent to production, we may not be able to modify the shipping address. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at support@thewildinfocus.com or call us at +1 512-815-3684 within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition. To expedite our investigation, please include your order number and pictures of the damage or concern.
