Damaged or Defective Prints

The Wild in Focus takes the quality of our prints very seriously, and our goal is for you to love your new art. If your order arrives damaged or you notice a problem with the quality of the print, please contact us through the website's Contact page or at support@thewildinfocus.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos showing the damage or quality concern. We'll make it right.

General Returns

Because every piece is custom-printed for your specific order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a quality defect or shipping damage. This includes ordering the incorrect size or image.

Please double-check your selections before finalizing your purchase to ensure you get exactly what you want!

Refund Process

For approved returns due to damage or quality defects, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and review your photos and order details. Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days after approval.
